Martial Arts Supply Store?

I am just starting to take Judo and I am wondering if there are any actual stores I can go into to get a gi in the Baltimore area. I see a ton of websites but don’t really trust buying something off the Internet I don’t have much knowledge about.

Just buy one through your dojo. This way you get what they would recommend for their classes as well as have a resource to purchase more needed items through. Why in the world would anyone not buy from their dojo?
